No, I don't think it's fair that heroic people, such as Ed Freeman, die with no recognition. However, that is how our world operates. Everyone is looking for that little way to be in the spotlight. That's what our world is powered by. The rich and famous are the envied, even though they didn't do anything to get where they are except lie, cheat, and steal(most of them). I hate that this is what the world has come to, but the people who agree with me are terribly out numbered. After all, what would we do without out rock star idols and super model goddesses?
We pride our selves on wanting to be like those people..and that's just sad.

Senior Year is...

Senior year is terrifying,
we're almost out of time.
We still have so much to do,
and so many things to find.
Where am I going?
What am I taking?
How will I ever get through
all these decisions that I'm making?
What if I'm wrong,
but can never try again?
What if I leave here
and never see my friends?
There are so many things on the line,
I hope I do what's right.
But there's no more room for hesitation.
it's time for my dreams to take flight.
we're almost out of time.
